I'm a passionate healthcare professional with a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Lake Superior State University, which I earned in 2018. I spent three years at a local hospital in Sault Ste. Marie, MI, working on the Acute Medical Surgical Floor and Inpatient Psychology Unit before moving to beautiful Traverse City with my husband.

 

My journey in nursing has always been fueled by a deep interest in preventative and functional medicine. Through personal experiences, I’ve developed a profound respect for the body’s natural ability to heal when provided with the right tools. For the past 2.5 years, I've worked as infusion nurse in a functional medicine office, where I’m constantly expanding my knowledge and skills, and am now continuing to do so with our colleagues at ReYouvenate.

I’m also on an exciting path toward becoming a Board Certified as Nurse Coach (NC-BC), and I’m thrilled to join Dr. Abigail at Freshwater Wellness in that capacity. Together, we aim to empower our northern Michigan community to achieve optimal health and well-being.

When I’m not working, you can find me experimenting with gluten-free recipes in the kitchen or tending to our new hobby garden with my husband. I can’t wait to share our journey and support you on yours!
